<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user who doesn't remember correspondence between operators or menu items and control commands and a control hierarchical structure of a control object device, to easily and surely remotely control the control object device and to enable even a user who doesn't remember a control command registration step, to easily register a control command. <P>SOLUTION: A memory 25 stores: devices to be controlled, which can be remotely controlled by a mobile phone terminal; a command table showing correspondence between the control command to be made correspond to functions to be controlled and command keywords relating thereto; and a plurality of predictive candidate dictionaries including command keywords.
