<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device free to effectively prevent breakage or damaging of a bag body without danger of bursting and free to effectively prevent breakage and damaging of the bag body in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This airbag device is furnished with the bag body to be stored in a state free to expand and develop and a gas supplying means to supply expansion gas to the bag main body. The bag body is furnished with a gas introduction part to receive gas from the gas supplying means, at least one chamber to be filled with the expansion gas, a sealing region to seal a peripheral edge part of the chamber and an elastic sewing region formed by sewing at a specified position on the inside of the sealing region and to elastically absorb pressure when the bag body expands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
