PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a muffler of a motorcycle capable of securing a muffler capacity without increasing the length of a wheelbase and easily processing and securing the accuracy of an exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: A muffler 90 comprises a first muffler part 91 positioned between a crankcase and rear wheels 8, a second muffler part 92 so positioned as to extend to the side (right front side) of the rear wheels 8, and a connection part 93 for connecting these muffler parts 91, 92 integrally with each other.
