An organic electronic device is provided to realize improved characteristics including color purity, lifespan and driving voltage, particularly in of an organic light emitting diode. An organic electronic device comprises an anode, a optically active layer and a cathode, and further comprises, between the anode and the optically active layer, a buffer layer, a first hole transport layer, and a second hole transport layer. The buffer layer comprises an electroconductive polymer and a fluoroacid polymer. The first hole transport layer comprises a polymeric hole transport layer, such as a distyrylaryl compound. |
