<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an additive for improving the fluidity of a fuel oil at a low temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The additive is a mixture which contains (A) at least one kind of such a terpolymer comprising ethylene, propene, and at least one kind of an ethylenically unsaturated ester, as contains (i) 6.0-12.0% by mole of a constitutional unit derived from at least one kind of a 1-3C alkyl group-containing ethylenically unsaturated ester, (ii) 0.5-4.0 pieces of the methyl groups derived from propene relative to one hundred aliphatic carbon atoms and (iii) less than 8.0 pieces of the methyl groups derived from the chain terminal relative to one hundred CH<SB>2</SB>groups; (B1) a copolymer comprising ethylene and an ethylenically unsaturated compound, provided that the content of the ethylenically unsaturated compound is more than the content of an ethylenically unsaturated ester in the terpolymer defined in (A) by 2 mol% or more; (B2) a comb-like polymer; and (B3) a mixture of (B1) and (B2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
