PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably secure vibration absorbing performance by avoiding the variation of the amount of a liquid to be filled in a liquid filled mount. SOLUTION: A nozzle 8 is connected to a liquid filling hole d2 of a workpiece W with air tightness. A valve unit 6 is used for connecting the nozzle 8 to an exhaust line 50 or a liquid supply line 30 in a selective manner. In the liquid supply line 30, a measuring cylinder 40 to be operated by a motor driven servo cylinder 45 is provided. It measures a liquid to be supplied to the valve unit 6.
