<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device facilitating replacement of light sources. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device A1 to illuminate a passage space Sp through which people pass comprises a light source unit 1 provided in the passage space Sp and a rod-like light guide 2 having a light receiving surface at one end to receive light from a light source unit 1 and guide the light to the longitudinal direction.
