<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motor in which the flexibility in assembly of a rotor to a stator is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The electric motor has a stator 23 disposed outside the rotor having a permanent magnet, wherein the stator 23 is formed by circularly disposing a plurality of stator segments 25. Wiring support portions 37a, 37b are provided corresponding to a yoke, on an insulator 31 attached on each of the stator segments 25. Three power feeding bus bars 51-53 of U-, V-, W-phases are inserted into holding grooves 41-43 formed in parallel in the wiring support portion 37a, and a neutral point connecting bus bar 54 is inserted into the holding groove 44 formed on the wiring support portion 37b.
