PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal reception control method capable of accommodating the requested number of terminals even when the channel occupancy time of interference waves is relatively long or when a plurality of kinds of mobile terminals are simultaneously accommodated and the requested number of terminals is set only for some kind of mobile terminals. SOLUTION: When receiving a band allocation request packet requesting band allocation from the mobile terminal, the unit channel occupancy time capable of being allocatted to one mobile terminal is calculated by dividing the total channel occupancy time by the preset maximum number of mobile terminals, and the requested channel occupancy time requested by the mobile terminal is calculated on the basis of information included in the band allocation request packet. When the requested channel occupancy time is longer than the unit channel occupancy time, band allocation is denied. In the other cases, the usable excess channel occupancy time is calculated on the basis of the total sum of the channel occupancy time of the respective mobile terminals to which the band allocation is permitted, and the band allocation is permitted only in the case that the requested channel occupancy time is within the excess channel occupancy time.
