PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send a voice message to a cellular phone of a transmission destination with a simple operation when a call connection can not be made to the cellular phone of the transmission destination. SOLUTION: When a call connection can not be made even though transmission is operated to the cellular phone, mail is transmitted to the transmission destination, and a file of a voice message recorded by a cellular phone 10 of a transmission source is attached to the mail. The mail is SMS mail using the telephone number of the transmission source.
