<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing device with a rotation speed detector achieved in weight reduction, compactness, and cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In the wheel bearing device with the rotation speed detector equipped with a rotation speed sensor 10 attached between a double row of outer side rolling faces 5a of an outer member 5, a pulser 12 facing the rotation speed sensor 10 via a predetermined radial interval and comprising an uneven part is formed on an outer circumference face of a shoulder 1e of a hub ring 1 at the same time by a forging process, and since a groove diameter dp of the uneven part of the pulser 12 is set with a diameter larger than an outer diameter di of a small diameter part of an inner ring 2, the number of parts can be reduced, and a conventional process of fitting and fixing a pulser ring with respect to the hub ring can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
