<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductor which has high structural strength and a high Q value. <P>SOLUTION: The inductor 10 includes an air-bridge unit 12 and an air-bridge unit 13. The air-bridge unit 12 is extended in a floating state over a substrate 1 between a plurality of support locations 11 on the substrate 1. The air-bridge unit 13 is extended in a floating state over the first air-bridge unit 12 between a plurality of support locations 11 on the air-bridge unit 12. This arrangement enables the air-bridge units 12 and 13 to be connected in parallel, thus branching a flowing current.
