<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire coating stripping tool for tightening electric wires and removing coatings from the electric wires easily, thereby mitigating operator's degree of fatigue and shortening of working hours. <P>SOLUTION: The tool is mounted on a coated electric wire with an indirect hot wire tool, and rotated around it to strip and remove the coating of the coated wire at once with a predetermined width. The tool includes: an almost channel-shaped body having a holding portion and a base portion, each being projected at almost right angle from each elongated-directional end of the inner face of a guide portion, while a first arm is provided upright on the outer face thereof; a main shaft passing through a screw hole, which passes through the base portion, and thereby capable of moving inside the body in parallel with the guide portion, and having a blade holder at an inner edge of the body and an operation end at an outer edge portion thereof, while a screw to be engaged with the screw hole of the base portion is engraved around a region near the operation end; and an energizing means for energizing the holding portion and the blade holder to a direction where they may approach mutually. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
