The present invention relates to a blood glucose sensor for measuring blood glucose and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method includes the steps of: forming a micro needle array in a blood sensing area on a substrate; and growing carbon nanotubes on the micro needle array to form electrodes and to electrically plate platinum nanoparticles, and more includes a electrode forming step of dividing the blood sensing area into a working electrode area and a counter electrode area which are separated from each other and forming a working electrode (WE), a counter electrode (CE) and a reference electrode (RE) corresponding to the working electrode area, the counter electrode area and a reference electrode area on the micro needle array, thereby minimizing pain to a user due to a needle, performing non-enzymatic measurement not requiring an enzymatic process, and manufacturing a blood gathering unit and a test strip in an integrated type to provide a more convenient blood glucose sensor. |
