The present invention relates to a soil restoration apparatus that is capable of effectively restoring soil contaminated by a non-degradable organic chemical substance such as high-concentration total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The soil restoration apparatus according to the present invention includes: a screen device separating contaminated soil from a crude oil contaminant; a soil microbe cultivation device cultivating a soil microbe and allowing soil microbe-based biosurfactant generation; a bioslurry reactor supplied with a culture, which is a mixture of a culture fluid, the soil microbe, and the biosurfactant, by the soil microbe cultivation device and cleaning the contaminated soil by using the culture; a pressure floatation tank separating bioslurry discharged from the bioslurry reactor into the contaminated soil, the culture fluid, and a floating material by using a pressure floatation principle; a cyclone device performing solid-liquid separation on the contaminated soil separated by the pressure floatation tank; and a catalyst reaction device stirring the contaminated soil with a heme-containing catalyst and hydrogen peroxide and decomposing a non-degradable organic chemical substance of the contaminated soil through a catalyst reaction. |
