摘要 Provided are a surface protective film for a touch panel, a method for manufacturing the surface protective film and an optical member, wherein the film has a superior antistatic property and a superior stability of peeling electrification voltage and is able to check movement of a touch panel and has an excellent wetting property for a filler between layers on an object to be adhered after peeling the surface protective film. The surface protective film for a touch panel of the present invention comprises: a base having a first surface and a second surface; an antistatic layer formed on the first surface of the base; and an adhesive layer formed with an adhesive composition on the second surface of the base. The antistatic layer is formed with an antistatic composition including polyaniline sulfonic acid as a conductive polymer component, a polyester resin as a binder, and an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent as an cross-linking agent. The adhesive composition contains a (meth)acrylic-based polymer and a polyether compound, wherein 0.03-14 weight parts of the polyether compound are included with respect to 100 weight parts of the (meth)acrylic-based polymer.
