The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a substrate having a sub pixel area and a thermal damage limit area extended from the sub pixel area; an auxiliary electrode located on the thermal damage limit area; an anode located on the sub pixel area; an organic light emitting layer which is arranged on the anode, and includes a thermal damage portion; and a cathode which is located on the sub pixel area and the thermal damage limit area, and is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode on the thermal damage limit area. According to the present invention, the organic light emitting display device can obtain improved reliability by minimizing faults of an organic light emitting diode, since the thermal damage portion of the organic light emitting layer generated by laser irradiation is configured to be arranged within the thermal damage limit area. |
