A lightweight structural panel comprising: a planarly extended outer skin, comprising a plurality of interconnected component layers extending in a planar direction of the lightweight structural panel; an inner component layer of the plurality of interconnected component layers, comprising a plurality of planar elements joined together in the planar direction, wherein each planar element of the plurality of planar elements comprises two or more component elements of a plurality of component elements, the two or more component elements being in one piece with a respective planar element and arranged such that the respective planar element is located between the two component elements of the plurality of component elements: a plurality of stiffening elements, wherein each of the plurality of stiffening elements comprises a web region comprising least two or more adjacent component elements of the plurality of component elements, and one planar element of the plurality of planar elements is spread from one stiffening element to a next stiffening element; wherein each of the plurality of stiffening elements is connected to the planarly extended outer skin, and wherein each of the plurality of stiffening elements is independent from each other; wherein the web region of each of the plurality of stiffening elements is arranged substantially perpendicularly to the planarly extended outer skin and extending in the planar direction of the lightweight structural panel; and a plurality of further regions comprising a flange region formed in one piece with the web region, extending substantially parallel to the planar direction of the lightweight structural panel and perpendicular to the web region.
