The present invention relates to a transient voltage suppression element package. A technical subject to be solved is to reduce an over-current by increasing resistance of a positive temperature coefficient thermistor when the over-current is continuously applied to a transient voltage suppression element by a transient voltage due to a bad load, thereby preventing the continuous over-current from being applied to the transient voltage suppression element. According to the present invention, disclosed is the transient voltage suppression element package which comprises the transient voltage suppression element and the positive temperature coefficient thermistor connected to the transient voltage suppression element in series.
