The present invention relates to a method for rapidly and accurately diagnosing infection of an allomyrina dichotoma pathogenic virus (AdV) causing a disease of allomyrina dichotoma. More specifically, provided is a primer set capable of diagnosing a specific DNA fragment with respect to an unidentified virus causing a virus disease of allomyrina dichotoma, and established is a method for rapidly and accurately diagnosing infection of an AdV through PCR amplification using the primer set. Accordingly, a contribution may be made to prevent and control an AdV disease.
