The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus of a ship which can operate a halogen flood light for illumination installed in an area exposed to external air of a ship at an extremely low temperature. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lighting apparatus of a ship illuminates using a halogen flood light installed in an area exposed to external air of a ship, and comprises: a main body attached to a wall surface of a ship body, on which the halogen flood light is installed; a terminal box which is installed on the outside of the main body and supplies power to the halogen flood light; a heating device installed on the inside of the main body to heat internal air of the main body; and a temperature controller to turn on and off the heating device depending on the internal temperature of the main body.
