The present invention relates to a cutting thickness adjustment device for a vegetable cutter. A hollow shaft having a cutting blade is arranged on the same axis with a center shaft including a support disk. The center shaft including the support disk is configured to adjust upward and downward movements of the hollow shaft including the cutting blade, thereby reducing the volume of the vegetable cutter and enhancing user convenience. According to the present invention, a vegetable inlet, a motor, and a hollow shaft support body are arranged in a vertical direction on a table to enable a hollow part of the hollow shaft support body to support the hollow shaft with a bearing. The cutting blade is arranged on a lower end of the hollow shaft. The hollow part of the hollow shaft is coupled to a spiral groove of the center shaft in the spiral axis of a handle arranged on the center of an auxiliary body coupled to the hollow shaft support body. The support disk is coupled to a lower end of the center shaft. The hollow shaft having the cutting blade is arranged on the same axis with the center shaft including the support disk, thereby reducing the volume. The center shaft including the support disk fitted to the hollow part of the hollow shaft including the cutting blade is lifted up and down by controlling the handle. The center shaft including the support disk is lifted up and down along a guide rod to rotate with the hollow shaft including the cutting blade in a circumferential direction, thereby cutting vegetables without damage. |
