PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a hydraulic fluid from flowing into a differential chamber, in which a differential ring gear and a differential gear are disposed, in a more effective manner and reduce agitation resistance of the hydraulic fluid acting on the differential ring gear.SOLUTION: A reservoir plate 70 dividing the interior of a transmission case 22 into a differential chamber 60 and a hydraulic fluid storage chamber 65 is disposed between a differential gear 50 and a converter housing 221 so as to be positioned at the lateral side of a differential ring gear 45. The hydraulic fluid storage chamber 65 is defined at the converter housing 221 side of the reservoir plate 70. The differential chamber 60 is defined at the transaxle case 222 side of the reservoir plate 70. A seal member 80 which inhibits a hydraulic fluid from flowing from the hydraulic fluid storage chamber 65 to the differential chamber 60 is provided between an outer peripheral edge part of the reservoir plate 70 and an inner peripheral surface of a transaxle case 222.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
