PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a correct time (timing) when a seat becomes available (vacant) to a customer waiting outside a store for a vacant seat.SOLUTION: The waiting time management device (waiting management device) that is installed in a restaurant or an eating place in a complex shopping center such as a shopping mall monitors a time until the seat becomes available, in other words, a staying (retention) time of a customer present in the seat and a time for accounting settlement, and predicts (vacancy prediction) the timing when the seat becomes vacant for each seat. The waiting time management device reports, to the customer waiting for the seat to become vacant, that the seat of an attribution that the waiting customer desires is likely to be prepared. The report is performed by transmitting a guide mail to a customer terminal (mobile terminal, smart phone, etc.) possessed by the waiting customer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
