PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating a mushroom in a mushroom bed in which repeating works such as opening and sealing of bags or containers including the mushroom bed while it is done from spawn inoculation to harvest of fruiting bodies, and works such as bag-breaking, bag-cutting at the time of germination are decreased/reduced, and a mushroom bed cultivation bag used for the same.SOLUTION: A method for cultivating a mushroom in a mushroom bed comprises a step of covering a solid medium 1 to which mushroom spawn is inoculated with a polyvinyl alcohol film. Moisture supply to the solid medium while it is done from the covering step to harvest of fruiting bodies can be performed by water-supply from outside of a cultivation bag 2 made of the polyvinyl alcohol film covering the solid medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
