The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for a motor cover, which comprises a polyol mixture containing polypropylene polyol and graphite powder, diisocyanate, a catalyst and a chemical foaming agent, shows improved physical properties, such as durability, water permeability, water resistance, adhesion and wear strength, and has functions, such as heat conductivity and electrical conductivity. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, provided is a polyurethane resin composition comprising: a polyol mixture containing 45-55 mol% of polypropylene polyol having a weight average molecular weight of 500-2,000, 45-55 mol% of 1,4-butanediol having a weight average molecular weight of 90.12 and graphite powder; 0.01-0.03 parts by weight of triethylene diamine as a catalyst based on 100 parts by weight of the polyol mixture; 10-30 mol% of water as a chemical foaming agent based on 70-90 mol% of the polyol mixture; and a diisocyanate added so that a NCO/OH ratio of the polyol mixture and diisocyanate may be 1.0-1.8. |
