<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which can prevent a sealing resin from overflowing to the outside of a surface protection member and a rear-surface protection member and achieve a high output, and is excellent in long term reliability. <P>SOLUTION: When manufacturing a solar cell module 1 which comprises a plurality of solar cells 2 being connected to each other by a tab line 6 connected to connection electrodes 4 and 5 via an adhesive layer 7, and is sealed by a surface protection member 12 at a light-receiving surface side and a rear-surface protection member 13 at a rear surface side through a first and a second sealing resin layers 10 and 11 provided on the light-receiving surface side and the rear surface side of the plurality of solar cells 2, the tab line 6 having the thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm is used and the plurality of solar cells 2 are sealed on the surface protection member 12 and the rear-surface protection member 13 through the first and second resin sealing resin layers 10 and 11 in which the ratio (B/A) between the thickness (A) of the tab line 6 and the thickness (B) of each of the first sealing resin layer 10 and the second sealing resin layer 11 is 1.4 to 3.0. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
