PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and low cost manufacturing method of a high throughput light-emitting device.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a light-emitting device forms a light-emitting layer by injecting a solution containing a luminescent material under reduced pressure toward a positive electrode or a negative electrode, vaporizing a solvent in the solution while the solution reaches the positive electrode or the negative electrode, and depositing the remained luminescent material on the positive electrode or the negative electrode. Since a sintering process for thinning after the solution is applied with the configuration is not required, a high-throughput manufacturing method can be provided while being a low cost and a simple method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
