PURPOSE: An electronic book application service supporting method, system, and portable terminal thereof are provided to enable a user to effectively understand the electronic book by creating content for supporting the electronic book. CONSTITUTION: An electronic book stored in a storage unit is reproduced(1103). When specific words are selected from the content of the electronic book, electronic book supplementary content is created(1107). The electronic book supplementary content includes information including route information between the selected words based on a page which the words are selected. After the electronic book supplementary content is included in the electronic book, the electronic book supplementary content is stored(1109). |
