A system for modelling an implant-supported tooth replacement element, characterized in that it contains as components an abutment element (1) and a cap element (6) that can be burnt out, wherein the abutment element (1), on the side facing the implant, has an implant interface (2), above this in the axial direction a transition area with a collar element (4) extending about the entire circumference of the abutment element (1), and above this collar element (4) an upwardly narrowing cone-like portion (3) which is provided at least partially on the outside with a thread (5), and the cap element (6) has a circular cylindrical portion (10) and, axially adjoining the latter, a portion (7) matching the cone-like portion (3) of the abutment element (1), said portion (7) having an inwardly directed inner thread (8) which can be brought into engagement with the thread (5) of the abutment element (1), such that this inwardly directed thread (8) permits an orientation parallel to the conical outer face of the upper portion (3) of the abutment element (1), and use of the system and method for said modelling.
