The present invention relates to a production method for a complex of a steviol glycoside and a sparingly soluble material having improved solubility, and to a complex of a steviol glycoside and a sparingly soluble material having improved solubility produced thereby. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for improving the solubility of a sparingly soluble material by producing a complex of a steviol glycoside and the sparingly soluble material, by mixing the steviol glycoside and the sparingly soluble material and dissolving in a solvent, and relates to the complex of the steviol glycoside and the sparingly soluble material produced thereby.
