PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new chopping processing method by the NC control and the chopping processing control device in which a power source pump of the chopping processing is optimized by the NC device of a machine tool to improve the processing efficiency, and energy-saving operation is made possible through a mode selector valve of (intermittent), (wave) and (constant) for an ejection method of coolant.SOLUTION: A chopping processing control device 100 previously stores a programmed processing condition every workpiece in the NC controller 50 for controlling the operation of a machine tool 30, and includes a fluid pressure control unit 70 for optimizing fluid pulsating pressure V1, V2 of a fluid feeder 60 using command signals e3-e5 from the NC controller in the processing of each workpiece. The fluid pressure control unit rotates and controls a motor M of the fluid pump 60 by the command signal e3 for optimizing the fluid pulsating pressure to be ejected from the fluid feeder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
