PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kitchen member, in which the trace of a cooking appliance is hardly prominent due to a heat transfer from the rear face of the bottom of the cooking appliance even if the cooking appliance in a high temperature state is directly placed.SOLUTION: A kitchen member 1 has a surface 2 formed of only a resin composition, the section of which is formed into a conveyance shape of triangular waves. The apex in the cross section of the surface has a curve shape, in which a ridge line bulges to the outer side of the surface, and the difference of elevation between the highest order and the lowest order in the section of the surface is 50 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
