The invention relates to a method of installing a subscription profile taken out with an operator of a mobile telecommunications network, on a mobile terminal (10) containing an embedded module for subscriber identification (15), comprising the loading (E101,E102) of the subscription profile into said embedded module from a supply server (20) of the mobile telecommunications network. This method comprises in particular, before the loading of the profile, the sending (E41,E51) of a domain name resolution request to a domain name server (30), this request comprising an identifier of a network server, and optionally an additional one-time usage code (OTP), allowing the triggering of the loading of the profile, and the reception (E42,E52), in response to this request, of a response message containing a network address (IPPROV,IPDISC) of the network server allowing the triggering of the loading of the profile. The invention also relates to a mobile terminal (10), a supply server (20) and a domain name server (30) which are configured for implementing this method. |
