PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device configured to improve the accuracy of controlling power consumption, and to exhibit the performance fully on the basis of allowable power consumption, a control method of the semiconductor storage device and a control program.SOLUTION: A semiconductor storage device includes: a memory array 2 comprising a plurality of memory blocks MB, 200, 201, 202, ... to be accessed simultaneously by a plurality of commands; and a memory controller 1 which controls the memory blocks. The memory controller includes: a power table 10 storing, in advance, power consumption for the commands; a power calculation unit 11 which receives an output from the power table to calculate power consumption of commands in execution and to be executed next; and a command control unit 15 which receives an output from the power calculation unit, to control the sum of power consumption to be required for accessing the memory blocks with the commands so as not to exceed predetermined allowable power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
