PURPOSE: A pixel and organic light emitting display device using the same is provided to improve a lifetime property of OLED by applying inverse voltage to OLED while a driving transistor is off. CONSTITUTION: An inversion transistor includes first and second electrodes. A pixel driving unit(10) comprises a capacitor and a plurality of transistors. The pixel driving unit receives a data signal from a corresponding data line(13). The pixel driving unit receives necessary power to generate a driving current through a supplying line(15) of the first power voltage. An OLED is connected between the pixel driving unit and supplying line of second power voltage.
