The invention concerns a device (20) for electrodeposition of a metal coating on a large dimension rotational part (10) acting as cathode, and whereof the surface to be coated comprises at least an outer surface portion (14) of said rotational part (10), comprising an anode system (58), a chamber (36) containing an electrolyte, electrolyte supply means (48), electrolyte evacuating means (46) emerging in said chamber (36), means continuously circulating electrolyte between said evacuation means and said supply means, a base (22) supporting said part (10) by maintaining its axis of vertical revolution, at least a rotating wall (34) coaxial with said part (10) and constituting a wall matching the surface to be coated and the base (22) for delimiting said chamber (36), and sealing means (40, 54) placed between said base (22) and said part (10), and said matching wall (34). Said device enables to considerably reduce the required electrolyte volume. |
