A sensorless control device of a synchronous reluctance motor is provided to enable a signal injection generator to use a current instruction value instead of a magnetic flux injection, and to control a current angle from the beginning, thereby stably driving a motor. The first subtractor(1) compares a reference velocity with an estimated velocity. The first PI controller(2) generates a current instruction value based on a comparison signal outputted from the subtractor(1). A signal injection generator(100) generates d-axis/q-axis current instruction values by operating a preset current angle in the current instruction value generated from the PI controller(2), and injects a d-axis current signal for position estimating into the d-axis current instruction value, then outputs the injected d-axis current signal.
