<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health food enhancing natural healing power inherent in human beings so as to be useful to prevention of and recovery from various kinds of disease, anti-aging in osteoporosis, dementia and the like, upgrade of internal organs such as the liver or the kidney, prevention of allergic symptoms such as atopy, chronic rhinitis and phthisis, and internal reform; and to provide a skin inflammation soothing agent. <P>SOLUTION: The health food and the skin inflammation soothing agent are each obtained by formulation of material produced by subjecting coconut water to fermentation with lactobacillus as an active ingredient.
