<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a curable composition by using gradually cooled slag lumps having a large diameter, which are obtained by gradually cooling slag produced during the refining of steel, in the whole amount of aggregate necessary for the curable composition and always kneading the constituent materials of the curable composition such as the aggregate, a hydraulic material, water, etc. in a definite compounding ratio. <P>SOLUTION: The gradually cooled slag lumps are crushed by a crusher to supply the crushed matter to a plurality of storage containers and a definite amount of the crushed matter necessary for manufacturing the curable composition corresponding to one batch in each of the storage containers while the whole amount of the crushed matter in one of the storage containers is supplied to a kneading part, and the hydraulic material, water and an additive are supplied to the kneading part in a predetermined amount corresponding to the amount of the crushed matter and stirred along with the crushed matter to manufacture the curable composition.
