Method and device for switching on an ultrasonic vibrational system

The method involves adjusting frequency of an exciting voltage to operate an ultrasonic-vibrational system (1) at a predetermined operating point. The frequency is changed based on a starting frequency during activating of the system until the point is reached. The frequency is determined during deactivation of the system and the determined value is used for determination of the starting frequency during next activation of the system. An independent claim is also included for a circuit arrangement for operating an ultrasonic-vibrational system.
