PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction device for easily removing any noise from an image expressed by pixel data. SOLUTION: A scanning pat 52 successively scans each of the pixels of an image based on binary imaged data Din1 for one screen stored in a frame memory 51. Also, an arithmetic part 53 and a setting part 54 perform noise removal processing to each pixel so that the result of noise removal processing to scanned pixels can be reflected on noise removal processing to the next scanning object pixels.
