摘要 <p>The method for reduction of salt-induced corrosions and of scale formations at the heating surfaces of the convective step of a combustion tank for garbage and biomaterials, comprises diverting flue gases to several injection-spraying steps and cooling the flue gases by nozzle spraying of water. The flue gases leave the furnace and contain solid components and gaseous salts. The cooling rate of the flue gas is 150-1500[deg]C per second, where a spontaneous nucleation is started by a condensation and desublimation of dissolved salts in the flue gas at the surfaces of the seed crystals. The method for reduction of salt-induced corrosions and of scale formations at the heating surfaces of the convective step of a combustion tank for garbage and biomaterials, comprises diverting flue gases to several injection-spraying steps and cooling the flue gases by nozzle spraying of water. The flue gases leave the furnace and contain solid components and gaseous salts. The cooling rate of the flue gas is 150-1500[deg]C per second, where a spontaneous nucleation is started by a condensation and desublimation of dissolved salts in the flue gas at the surfaces of the seed crystals. At a higher super saturation of the dissolved salts, a dwell time of 0.17-1.7 seconds is set between the nozzle spraying of water and the entry into the convective step. The layered primary particles are formed from the seed crystals in the dwelling path. An independent claim is included for a device for carrying out the method for reduction of salt-induced corrosions and of scale formations at the heating surfaces of the convective step of a combustion tank.</p>
