PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an I.S. (individual section) machine wherein a blow mold is closed to a slightly cracked location, whereby applied cooling air leaks in the blow mold to pressurize it, and thus a parison is not damaged during reheating. SOLUTION: In the I. S. machine, the blow mold is closed to a slightly cracked location, whereby the applied cooling air leaks in the blow mold to pressurize it and, as a result, the parison is not damaged during reheating.
