PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic traveling device for a working vehicle capable of enhancing control of a deceleration degree in braking of the working vehicle in a system in which an operation oil from a hydraulic pump rotated/controlled by an acceleration pedal is fed to a variable capacity type traveling hydraulic motor for driving a wheel and the capacity of the traveling hydraulic motor is increased/decreased according to an oil pressure at a high pressure side of a main conduit. SOLUTION: A friction braking means 15 for braking rotation of the wheel 2 in response to operation of a brake pedal 14 is provided. It is constituted such that a friction brake by the friction braking means 15 is applied so as to be overlapped on a hydraulic brake by the traveling hydraulic motor 7. An acceleration pedal non-step detection means 16 for detecting non-step of the acceleration pedal 1a is provided, and the capacity of the traveling hydraulic motor 7 is restricted to a small capacity by a detection signal.
