PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free bearing easily moving a lightweight object such as a notebook personal computer and a telephone on a desk at home or in an office. SOLUTION: The free bearing comprises five parts such as a housing, a main ball, a contact plate, a top plate and a duplicated tape.
