PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a flow rate of discharged oil from a fueling nozzle by adjustment of other than a lever provided on the fueling nozzle to easily change the flow rate. SOLUTION: A control circuit 25 of a fueling device 11 increases an aperture of a stepless solenoid valve 27 to decrease the maximum dischargeable flow rate V from 40 L/min to 35 L/min when the maximum dischargeable flow rate V is 40 L/min and a pulse stop counter T of a condition A is 0.5 sec or more and a continuous supply quantity a(n) of a condition C ranges from zero to one liter depending on a feeding stop operation of a liquid level sensing mechanism of the fueling nozzle 13. Even if a nozzle lever of the nozzle 13 is operated to a full open position by controlling to increase the aperture of the valve 27, the maximum dischargeable flow rate from the nozzle 13 is automatically reduced by increasing the aperture of the valve 27.
