The present disclosure relates generally to devices and methods for use w ith cardiac defects, more particularly, the present disclosure relates to a device including a frame defining a lumen, where the frame expands from a fi rst configuration to a second configuration larger than the first configurat ion. The device also includes an anchoring member extending from the frame t o secure the frame while in the second configuration and a plug portion of t he frame to occlude at least a portion of the lumen.
