<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device to easily remove a foreign object on a mounting surface on which a charged apparatus is mounted and which secures the mounting stability of the charged apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the charging device 1, a casing 2 is set in a first posture by storing leg portions 22 provided on the casing 2 when a mobile phone 50 is mounted on the mounting surface 12 of the casing 2. The casing 2 is set in a second posture by protruding the leg portions 22 provided on the casing 2 when the mobile phone 50 is removed from the mounting surface 12 of the casing 2.
