<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit large amount of data in a very short distance by transmitting a high-frequency signal between information devices arranged in a very short distance by utilizing electric field coupling by an electrostatic field or an induction field. <P>SOLUTION: A communication device comprises: a high-frequency coupler having high impedance and considered to be opened in an unloaded state; and a load resistor for suppressing reflection waves from the high-frequency coupler generated in an unloaded state. Even in an unloaded state, impedance match is achieved when viewed from the side of a transmission/reception circuit, no reflection waves are generated at a termination electrode, and standing waves in a circuit can be suppressed, thus reducing the radiation of spurious noise of radio waves and influence on external electronic equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
